Classical, following the recipes of a bygone era with different layers of gelato and semifreddo that take the shape of: la Cassata with the addition of candied peel and ricotta cheese or the Zuccotto with its thin layers of sponge soaked in rum. Our Meringata cake is loaded with crumbly dainty meringues. The Sacher of Biondo is a revisited gelato version and last but not least our fantastic and elegant ‘Fruit baskets’ which are a feast for the eyes and the palate brought together in the best possible combinations.
